- GAP's junior and senior high schools are accredited.
- GAP's Family Program serves students who are pregnant or parenting. An on-site child care center is licensed for 15 infants/toddlers; A counselor provides individual case management.
- GAP's counselors provide individual counseling, conflict resolution, family support and court advocacy.
- GAP has an on-site health clinic.
- GAP provides job shadowing, on-the-job training, job placement, and post-secondary planning.
- GAP's after-school enrichment activities include academic tutoring, recreation, arts, culture computers, AIDS peer education and leadership training.
- GAP has pre-apprenticeship training in both the building trades and computer technology.
- GAP has joined Home Grown Teachers, a program that recruits students interested in the profession of teaching and connects them with the education departments of local colleges and universities.
- GAP has a variety of educational and enrichment activities during the summer months.
- GAP provides educational and social support to young persons returning from correctional facilities.
